Find an Advisor in our Advisor Directory
Pick an Advisor you think best matches your needs as an Advisee. You can filter for Advisors based on their program(s) of study, research interests, future directions after graduation, and drop-in times with the tools in the upper right-hand corner.
e.g. if you’re interested in ROPs, you can filter for Advisors who have done an ROP

Open their Advisor Profile for more details
Read the Advisor’s biography and fun facts to get a better idea of who this Advisor is and if they are a good match for you, your current situation, and your style of communication.

Check if they have a session available on our bookings calendar
Sessions already fully booked will show up in GREY — please do not try to book these.
Email [email protected] to make your booking
Make sure your email contains the following information:
This email MUST be sent before 9:30PM of the day before the session you wish to book to provide sufficient notice.
Wait for a confirmation email with a Zoom link
We will send you a confirmation email if your session is booked, or email you back to adjust your booking. Your Zoom link will be included in this email. You will also receive a reminder email the day before the meeting.
Join the Zoom meeting at the scheduled time
Please note that sessions start at 10 past their scheduled start time (e.g. if a session is booked for 10:00 am, it will start at 10:10). You will be queued up in a waiting room. The Advisor will meet with Advisees 1-on-1, with each session lasting up to 20 minutes. We recommend preparing some questions in advance to make the most of your time with the Advisor! These sessions are back-to-back, so you might need to wait a couple of minutes for the previous session to end — we appreciate your patience! However, if an Advisor completely misses your session, please submit a copy of this form:
Provide your Advisor your student info for CCR!
Your Advisor will use your student information to fill out a logging form at the end of your session. If you attend 4 sessions total, regardless if with the same or different Advisors, you are eligible to earn CCR credit. There is no work on your end, as we will submit all the necessary info, so sit back and enjoy the benefits!
Leave a review!
After your advising session, consider writing a review! CURE is always looking for feedback. Also, if you think your Advisor really helped you, they may appreciate a little thank-you note :)
Come again!
Advisees are always welcome to book with the same or a different Advisor for more Advising Sessions! Work with whichever Advisor you think best suits your needs. If you have a general question or a quick question, we recommend you try our NEW Discord Discussion Form.
